DIY How to create a URL that has GPS coordinates

DIY How to create a URL that has GPS coordinates embedded [ imbedded ? ]

If you have some GPS coordinates and you want to put a live link into your email.... I found the instructions below to work.

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&q=27.986633,86.923563%20%28Mount%20Everest%20Peak%29

Starting at the first %20  you can insert a description
%28 is a left bracket (
%29 is a right bracket )
%20 is a space

do not remove the first %20%28    or the last %29

It is tricky to get string correctly mapped out with proper case .... I used the textedit app to clean up the string and make it plain text.
Then I pasted it into an email.

Tricky but fun when it works......
